While tons of Vancouverites got a free U2 show in the weeks leading up to the Joshua Tree Tour kickoff, there’s one song that they didn’t get to hear.

During Friday night’s (5/12) show in Vancouver, the band performed “The Little Things That Give You Away” for the first time, and you can hear it below.

According to Rolling Stone, U2 also played the entirety of the Joshua Tree album and announced that “The Little Things” would appear on their next album, Songs of Experience—a title that plays nicely off their 2014 album, Songs of Innocence.

Oh, and did we mention that they played the entire 1987 album, meaning the band performed “Red Hill Mining Town” for the first time in-concert … ever?
